Power is allocated according to the selected colocation service and is documented in the order or service agreement. The allocation may be expressed as amperage, circuit capacity, watts, or a power-density limit.
Confirm voltage, phase, connector type, circuit redundancy, metering, and acceptable continuous load before installing equipment. Do not assume that unused rack space includes unlimited power.
