For Intelliwire-hosted email, use the outgoing server shown in cPanel under Email Accounts > Connect Devices. Do not substitute your residential or mobile internet provider's SMTP server.
Use the full email address as the username and enable SMTP authentication. Recommended secure options are port 465 with SSL/TLS or port 587 with STARTTLS when supported. Port 25 may be blocked by an ISP or network and should not be the first choice for a mail application.
If mail sends from Webmail but not Outlook or a phone, recheck the server name, port, encryption, username, password, and SMTP authentication setting. Never publish a mailbox password in a ticket.
