Who maintains my equipment after it is installed in the data center?

The equipment owner is normally responsible for the operating system, applications, hardware lifecycle, firmware, spares, backups, and data unless managed services or remote-hands work is included.

The facility is responsible for the services listed in the agreement, such as space, power, cooling, physical security, and network connectivity. Request remote hands or an approved technician when on-site work is needed.
